MALLIKA BIPASHA KATRINAThe silver screen will be set ablaze when three Bollywood hotties Mallika Sherawat, Bipasha Basu and Katrina Kaif team up for a movie.
The oomph quotient will touch an all-time high with the coming together of the three beautiful and sensuous belles in a yet-untitled Tips venture, to be directed by Abbas-Mustan.
This is perhaps one movie where the female cast will hog limelight over the male starcast that includes Anil Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan and Fardeen Khan. However, some doubts are being cast whether Fardeen will do the movie or not.
What’s more, Mallika, Katrina and Bipasha will be portrayed equally stylish and glamourous in the movie. And the comparisons between them are quite inevitable.
The film is a story of two brothers, each trying to prove himself better than the other. While Saif and Fardeen will play brothers, Anil Kapoor will be seen playing a cop.
The tinsel tattle has it that producer Pritish Nandy is thinking of signing Mallika Sherawat and Rahul Bose for yet another romantic comedy.
It was the most unusual pair to be seen on the silver screen this year. Bollywood’s sex kitten Mallika Sherawat and arty boy Rahul Bose came together to bring the house down in the romantic comedy Pyar Ke Side Effects, which has been declared a hit by Pritish Nandy Communications.
Encouraged by the good response to the film, Pritish Nandy is now said to be planning yet another movie of similar genre with Rahul and Mallika in the lead roles.Nandy believes there is a niche audience for the brand of “witty, intelligent humour” that was seen in PKSE.
Nandy calls Mallika and Rahul “a winning couple” and believes that their jodi will continue to appeal to the audience.
Well, one thing is certain. Mallika and Rahul get along very fine when they are together. They indulge in everything from teasing, bantering to cajoling when they meet. The friendly relation between them is pretty open.
And this chemistry between the two will definitely show on the screen too.
Mallika Sherawat is all set to debut as an item girl in a South film called Preethi Eke Bhoomi Melidhe. Apparently, she has charged the makers a bomb for the film which requires just six days of shoot. This is not the first time she will be seen in the south. She also starred in a Kamal Hassan film.
Apart from this she is also doing an item number in Mani Ratnam’s Guru starring Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai and it may be recalled that she refused an item number in Ram Gopal Varma Ke Sholay.
Another item girl Yana Gupta, who has done songs like Babuji Zara Dheere Chalo and What a babe previously, has been signed to another item number, this time for Smita Thackeray’s next home production Kaise Kahe. The song titled Teri Yaadein was shot recently and the music was given by Ankur Tiwari.
