I looked like an ugly duckling and wore thick reading glasses.My books were my best friends.If I ever found anyone cheating in my class during a test/exam,I would quickly inform my teacher.No wonder I had no friends!I was really boring as a kid.Seriously!
But then one day,the catterpillar got in the process of converting into a butterfly.Not a regular butterfly....The kind which is called 'Outrageous'.You must check out the images of the Metamorphosis of Sherlyn.You will know what I'm talkng about.
After I came to Mumbai in December 2004,I signed a few projects which I call my 'hot blunders'.I was quite vulnerable then and also naive.I am glad I made those blunders.Coz today I value excellence.And I work honestly & earnestly to kill mediocrity in & around my life.
I hope you liked my two albums that have released recently.Outrageous & Dard-e-Sherlyn.Well,this year I am shooting for two esteemed banners.Hopefully,early next year you will get to see them.

Amisha Patel, started filmi career with Kaho Naa Pyar Hai, a super hit movie. Amisha is a gorgeous looking girl who will charm her way into the audience's heart with her twinkling eyes and effervescent smile.Amisha is a person who is committed to doing good projects as she is not in films for the lure of fame and fortune, what with her coming from a very affluent background herself. Director Rakesh Roshan had already signed Kareena Kapoor opposite his son and had even started shooting with her. When that association did not work out Roshan remembered his fascination with his school friend Amit Patel's limpid-eyed daughter at a sangeet celebration. Rakesh Roshan even remarked that if he ever made a film with his son he would take her as a heroine. And this way she got her debut film Kaho Naa Pyar Hai. After that she had given other hits also like Gadar, Humraaz. In 2003 she had a Parwane which was a flop.
Her forth coming films are The Rising for which she is very thrilled to work with Aamir Khan. She is playing an innocent bengali girl, Jwala who gone through a devastating time before a Britisher comes into her life, also there is Mere Jeevan Saathi where she stars opposite Akshay Kumar.

Bollywood's Shetty gets big offer she can't refuse
Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty will host India's take on the British reality TV show "Celebrity Big Brother", which she unexpectedly won last year.
Shetty won the British show after allegations she had been racially abused.She said she had never been tempted to enter India's version."I could never do it myself again, because I've done it once and it was really hard," the 33-year-old actress told Reuters on Thursday.
But as the host on India's "Bigg Boss," Shetty said relating to contestants was easier because she had gone through the experience herself."When I heard the concept, and the fact that I only needed to come in for one elimination round every week, I said OK," she said. "Plus they made me an offer I couldn't refuse.""Bigg Boss", which starts on August 17, was first telecast in India in November 2006 with Bollywood actor Arshad Warsi as host.

Ayesha Takia has been the sweet innocent girl next door of Bollywood ever since she made her debut almost four years back.
The 'innocent' image has been so dominant that Jag Mohan Mundhra the director of the Indian version of THE FORTY YEAR VIRGIN where she was supposed be the lead, is panicking after Ayesha revealed that she intends to settle down and not pursue her career further.
Earlier Amrita Rao (another innocent looking girl next door of B–Town) walked out of his movie and now Ayesha's retirement plans puts him in a tight spot.
He says that innocent girls in B–Town are rare. Yes, that's very true since everyone wants to be as bold as the Katrinas, the Kanganas, the Priyankas and the Bipashas of B–Town. It's truly easier for women like that out here! Even the likes of Minissha Lamba, Gul Panag who only did simple girl acts and even Soha Ali Khan have had sexy makeovers after they made not too many gains being simple and sweet.
